you.
· Courtesy involves view of others and also their
feelings.
· Be sincerely tactful, thoughtful and
appreciative
· Use expressions that shows respect
· Omit irritating expression and questionable humor
· Choose non-discriminatory terms (sexiest terms,
singular pronouns, names)
· Be careful in using discriminatory language and
aware of gender, race, age, colour etc.
